grilled porgy Recipe for Scup (Porgy)

Ingredients: porgy fillets
grill
parsley
lemon wedge
pepper
Directions: take four to six porgy fillets, heat up the grill to about 250-300 degrees, put the porgy fillets on for fifteen to twenty minutes. flip the filets a few times in order to ensure even cooking. squirt a bit of lemon juice on midway through with some pepper in order to sear in lemon pepper flavor. when done grilling add some parsley to look nice.
