I just wanted to mention that last winter we had several successful ice fishing trips at Summit Lake. Most of the trout we caught using a Trout Magnet jig tipped with a mealworm or waxworm. Power bait in various colors also caught a few fish.
The biggest problem with fishing here is the access road up the mountain to the lake. It does not receive snow removal so a four wheel drive is often required.
